- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. coleslaw vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. shoyu
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers
Directions

1Fry hamburger and drain oil.

2Add the shredded vegetables (coleslaw), vinegar and shoyu.

3Mix and cook for a few minutes. Keep it crunchy; don't overcook.

4Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste.

5Let cool.

6Place 1 to 2 tablespoons hamburger mixture on lumpia wrapper and roll, tucking in sides before you reach the end.

7Pan-fry in 1/2-inch of oil.
