Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni (or whatever you have on hand, I usually use penne)
- 34 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 cups grated cheese (I use medium cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni until al dente, drain.

2In pan melt butter, add milk & bring to a low boil.

3Add flour and stir until milk thickens.

4Add peppers.

5Turn stove heat to medium-low and add in cheese, stir until they are melted and incorporated into milk mixture.

6Remove from heat.

7Add pasta and stir until coated.
