Easy Marinated Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-3 1/2 lb.) chicken or possibly 6 breast halves
  • 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing (lite)
  • 1/3 c. lite teriyaki or possibly soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Directions

    Skin chicken (bone if desired) and place in baking pan.

    Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.

    Turn once.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.

    Baste occasionally with marinade.

    (I use breast halves and teriyaki.
