- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 6 sub / hoagie rolls
- 1 Marinara sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand in large bowl

2Roll into medium balls.

3Makes 24 medium balls.

4Lightly spray skillet and on high heat cook all sides on the meatballs.

5Slice the sub / hoagie rolls and put layer in a baking dish then put a little cheese on the bottom and 4 meatballs in each.

6Put marinara sauce over meatballs and put cheese on top.

7Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 15 or 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
