  • 1 1/2 lb. extra lean hamburger
  • 1 pkg. meatloaf seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 4 oz. applesauce
  • 1/4 c. A-1 or Heinz 57 sauce
  • 1/3 c. breadcrumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Place in either a loaf pan or shape into loaf in large baking dish. Shape mixture so there is room on all sides. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
