  • Goya black beans (undrained)
  • Queso Fresco, cubed
  • corn kernels (cut from grilled corn on the cob, if possible)
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • Pace Salsa Mexicana
  • romaine lettuce, torn

Directions

    Heat black beans in microwave oven or on stove. Add black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper to lettuce; mix well. Add cubed queso fresco and mix in gently. Pour salsa mexicana on top of salad, and stir in as salad dressing.
