  • 1/3 cup sesame seed
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 lb. skinless halibut fillets (3/4 inch thick), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Combine coating mix and sesame seed in shallow dish.

    Beat egg in separate shallow dish.

    Dip fish in egg, then coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece.

    Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Discard any remaining egg or coating mixture.

    or until fish flakes easily with fork.
