  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 ounces semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • white chocolate

Directions

    In a saucepan, melt sugar, butter, and the semi-sweet chocolate over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.

    Remove from heat and let cool for one minute. Blend in vanilla and the egg. Gently fold in the flour just until blended.

    Spoon into small paper baking cups. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or until set.

    Remove from oven and let cool.

    Melt white chocolate in a disposable decorating bag in the microwave. Decorate mini brownies to your preference.
