  • 80 grams Cake flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 Granulated sugar
  • 1 Frying oil

Directions

    In a pan, add the butter, sugar, a little salt, 1/4 cup (50 ml) of milk, and 1/4 cup (50 ml) of water.

    Cook it over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

    Once it starts to simmer, turn off the heat, add in the sifted flour and mix well until it forms a dough.

    Transfer the dough to a bowl and add a beaten egg in 2-3 batches.

    Mix well.

    Once the egg has been mixed in well, put the dough in an icing bag.

    Take parchment paper and cut them in to perfectly sized pieces.

    Then on top of that paper, take the dough in the bag from step four and squeeze out the dough.

    Take what you just made in Step 5, paper and all, and fry in oil at 335F (170C) until golden brown.

    When the dough slides off the paper, remove it.

    Once done, while they are still hot, sprinkle with granulated sugar and it's done!
