- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 big egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions

1In a big bowl, mix sugar, salt, egg and olive oil.

2Blend until its a slick mixture and add the flour (I use the machine because its pretty early in the morning.).

3Add milk until homogeneity.

4Put some butter on the frying pan and a few seconds later add the dough.

5You can serve with hot chocolate, marmalade, cheese and any kind of sauce that you feel like adding!
