  • 2 slices cubed bread
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 large romaine lettuce
  • 3 radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 2 -3 green onions, chopped
  • 14 cup bacon bits
  • 13 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste (1/3 of a tube)
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 1 raw egg yolk
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    Melt margarine in skillet.

    Add garlic and saute one minute.

    Add bread cubes and stir with wooden spoon until toasty.

    Add all dressing ingredients into a jar and shake until smooth.

    Dressing will keep up to 2 days in fridge.
