  • 2 or more lb. hamburger
  • 2 or 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 bouillon cubes plus 3 c. water
  • 5 or 6 potatoes, chopped
  • 1 or more large chopped onion

Directions

    Brown hamburger and add carrots, potatoes, onion, bouillon cubes and water; cook until tender.

    Add 2 tablespoons flour to a little water to thicken.

    Serve immediately.
