- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small jar pimento (optional)
- 1/2 to 2 soup can water
- soy sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown turkey, onion and celery in margarine.

2Add balance of ingredients.

3Cover and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes for approximately 1 hour.

4Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
