  • 1/4 lb. bacon, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth (condensed)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/4 c. orzo (uncooked)
  • 1/4 c. parsley

Directions

    Brown bacon until crisp; drain.

    Add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender.

    Add chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.

    Stir in orzo and parsley; return to a boil.
