Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. water
- 4 small onions, quartered
- 4 small carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 4 small potatoes, pared and halved
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in plastic bag.

2Drop in beef and shake until coated.

3Mix with 2 tablespoons oil in 3-quart casserole.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes, stirring once.

5Add vegetables, water and tomato sauce.

6Mix well. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours or until done.

7Makes 5 to 6 servings.
