Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 8 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. warm milk
- 7 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1In mixing bowl, put yeast, honey, milk, butter, eggs and salt; mix well.

2Gradually add the flour until dough no longer sticks to the sides of bowl.

3Mix or knead about 5 minutes.

4Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

5Place on lightly floured counter; divide into 3 parts.

6Roll each part into a 9-inch circle.

7Cut into 6 wedges.

8Brush with melted butter.

9Roll up into crescents and place on buttered cookie sheet.

10Let rise until double in size.
