Easy Overnight Rolls

  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 8 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 7 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    In mixing bowl, put yeast, honey, milk, butter, eggs and salt; mix well.

    Gradually add the flour until dough no longer sticks to the sides of bowl.

    Mix or knead about 5 minutes.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

    Place on lightly floured counter; divide into 3 parts.

    Roll each part into a 9-inch circle.

    Cut into 6 wedges.

    Brush with melted butter.

    Roll up into crescents and place on buttered cookie sheet.

    Let rise until double in size.
