Easy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork

- 300 grams Pork sliced thinly
- 1 for 1 thumb-tip sized knob Ginger (grated)
- 2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 2 small Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp In addition: Soy saucecooking sake
- 1/2 tsp In addition: Honey
Directions

1Grate ginger and garlic and put them in a bowl with all the ingredients.

2Mix.

3Put thinly sliced pork in the bowl and mix it well so that the meat absorbs the seasonings.

4Let it rest for more than 30 minutes.

5Meanwhile wash the lettuce and drain it.

6Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat taken out from the bowl.

7(Make sure to not pour in the marinating sauce.)

8Stir well to evaporate the moisture.

9When the meat is cooked through, add the half amount of the lettuce by ripping it by your hands.

10Pour the rest of the sauce and the additional soy sauce, cooking sake, and honey.
