- 3 c. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (may use frozen)
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place peaches in pie shell.

2Beat eggs.

3Blend in sugar, flour and salt.

4Stir in cream and vanilla; blend well.

5Pour over peaches.

6Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes or until center shakes slightly when moves.

7Serve warm or for a firmer pie, chill before serving.
