- 8 to 10 peaches, peeled and sliced in 9 x 12-inch pan
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. oleo/butter
Directions

1Mix and sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2Drop egg in dry ingredients and mix with a fork.
