  • 8 to 10 peaches, peeled and sliced in 9 x 12-inch pan
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. oleo/butter

Directions

    Mix and sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    Drop egg in dry ingredients and mix with a fork.

    Sprinkle over fruit.

    Melt butter and dribble over.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until brown and bubbling.
