Easy Peach Pie

  • 4 c. peeled, finely sliced peaches
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar (can use 3/4 c.)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg or 2

Directions

    Slice peaches into an 8-inch square dish.

    Mix sugar, flour and egg.

    Put on top of peaches.

    Pour melted margarine on top of that.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. (If not moist enough batter, add an extra egg.)
