Easy Peach Upside-Down Cake

- 1 box yellow or spice cake mix
- 2 large cans peaches, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Directions

1Spread brown sugar on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.

2Chop peaches and put on top of brown sugar; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

3Mix cake according to package directions, except use reserved peach juice instead of water.

4Pour over peaches.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched.
