- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place all ingredients in blender, except pecans.

2Blend well and set aside.

3Lightly butter the inside of uncooked pie shell and cover with pecans.

4Pour liquid into pie shell.

5Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

6If pie is still a little wiggly, reduce heat to 325° and bake for 5 more minutes.

7Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
