  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender, except pecans.

    Blend well and set aside.

    Lightly butter the inside of uncooked pie shell and cover with pecans.

    Pour liquid into pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

    If pie is still a little wiggly, reduce heat to 325° and bake for 5 more minutes.

    Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
