  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup and melted butter.

    Add pecans (save some to lay on top).

    Pour into pie shell and bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
