- 3 eggs
- 1 c. brown Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add Karo and mix thoroughly.

3Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

4Put nuts on bottom of pie crust; pour mixture over. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake until done.

5When a knife comes out clean, pie is done.
