  • 8 medium potatoes, cooked and grated
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamed chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. cornflakes, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Put potatoes in a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Mix soup, sour cream and cheese.

    Pour over potatoes. Cover top with cornflake crumbs.

    Pat with butter or margarine and bake immediately to avoid cornflakes getting soggy.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly and brown.
