  • 1 (8 oz.) pie shell (unbaked)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans or whole
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, syrup and softened butter in blender. Mix well. Remove from blender and stir in nuts with a spoon. Pour in pie shell and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Can be frozen.
