- 20 round buttery crackers, crushed
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. flaked or shredded coconut
Directions

1Combine crackers, pecans and 1/2 cup sugar.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Beat in remaining sugar and vanilla.

4Fold into cracker mixture.

5Spread in greased 9-inch pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 325°.

6Cool.
