Easy Pecan "Sticky" Buns

- 1/2 c. maple or maple flavored syrup
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In small pan, combine syrup, margarine and cinnamon.

3Bring to a boil and simmer for two minutes.

4Pour into a 9-inch round or square pan.

5Sprinkle with nuts.

6Open crescent roll packages; do not unroll dough.

7Cut each package into 8 pieces.

8Place in rows in pan (flat like regular cinnamon rolls). Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

9Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.

10Let stand 5 minutes; invert on serving plate.

11Serve warm.
