  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream and bacon dressing
  • 3 c. cooked rice, chilled
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. yellow squash, cooked
  • 1/4 c. onion, cooked
  • 4 medium green peppers, halved and seeded

Directions

    In large bowl combine all ingredients except green peppers. Spoon into green pepper halves; chill.
