Easy Pepperoni Rolls

  • 16 ounces, weight Block Mozzarella Cheese
  • 7 ounces, weight Pepperoni Slices
  • 36 pieces Frozen Roll Dough

Directions

    Thaw dough for 30 minutes.

    Cut mozzarella into 1/4x2 inch sticks.

    Once thawed, stretch each dough ball out so that its big enough to wrap the cheese sticks and some pepperoni.

    Place 3 pepperoni slices and 1 stick of cheese in center of each piece of dough.

    Roll tightly, making sure edges are sealed.

    Place on a baking sheet and let rest for 20 minutes.

    Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
