  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 c. flour
  • small amount salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. water (approximately)

Directions

    Combine flour, shortening and salt.

    Crumble until the size of small peas.

    Add vinegar, egg and water (small amount at a time). Knead and roll out.

    Make 4 pie shells.

    May freeze.
