  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except margarine, together.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Pour melted margarine over top.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
