- 1 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
Directions

1Combine flour and salt in a bowl

3Mix till it looks like crumbs .

4Beat 1 egg and add to mixture,

5Next add in the cold water and vinegar mix well till combined.

6Makes 2 crusts for one whole pie or 2 country rustic flat pies.

7On a floured counter roll out the crust.
