  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 8 Roma tomatoes
  • 5 oz low fat fresh mozzarella
  • 1 whole wheat pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

    preheat oven to 375

    spread sauce on crust leaving desired room for edge

    slice mozzarella 1/4 inch thick and place on pizza
  4. 4
    slice tomatoes in half and add to pizza
  5. 5
    roughly chop basil and sprinkle over top
  6. 6
    drizzle olive oil around edge of crust without sauce
  7. 7
    bake until cheese is melted and bubbly

    cut and enjoy!
