- 4 extra thick pork chops (center cut- 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 12 cup less sodium soy sauce
- pepper
Directions

1Marinate pork chops in soy sauce at least four hours.

2Remove and place on broiler.

3Sprinkle pepper on both sides (no salt as soy is quite salty).

4Broil until nice and brown (6-8 minutes).

5Turn and broil for another 6-8 minutes or until brown.
