  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter; add sugar and flour.

    Add eggs one at a time. Add milk and then vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and cook an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
