- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup oil, divided
- 4 boneless pork blade steaks (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

Directions

1Mix cracker crumbs, parsley and garlic in shallow dish or pie plate.

2Dip pork in eggs, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each steak; set aside.
