- 2 unbaked pie shells
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef or 1 can Swanson chunky chicken
- 6 slices American cheese or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Directions

1Drain water from vegetables.

2To vegetables, mix soup, cheese (broken into pieces) and chopped onion.

3Brown beef; drain grease. Add to vegetable mixture.

4(If using chicken instead of beef, just add it to mixture.)

5Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell.

6Use second shell to make top crust; be sure to prick top to let steam escape.

7Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
