  • diced carrots and potatoes
  • small pot roast
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • lots of salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, diced

Directions

    Place roast in casserole dish. Fill with water to 1-inch from top of dish. Add Worcestershire sauce and lots of salt and pepper. Cut up onion and place in water. Cook at 325° for 5 hours. Add diced carrots and potatoes; cook 1 hour longer and serve.
