- 4 to 6 lb. chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 6 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 large onion, cut in wedges
Directions

1In bowl, blend together all soups.

2Put roast and vegetables in a Dutch oven.

3Pour soups over all and cook in a 300° oven for 4 hours.

4Serve with rice or noodles.
