- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.

2Mix all ingredients except corn flakes together.
