  • 1 container (16-oz) Sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (8-oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 pkg. (32 oz) frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. Post Toasties Corn Flakes crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Thaw potatoes.

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Mix sour cream, cheese, soup and onions in large bowl.

    Add potatoes; mix well.

    Spoon into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

    Toss crumbs and butter; sprinkle over potato mixture.

    Bake for 40 minutes.
