- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine

Directions

1Mix margarine and sugar together well.

2Add eggs, beating after each addition.

3Add cream (I use Carnation milk); alternate with flour, sifted.

4Add flavoring.

5Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then turn oven down to 300° and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
