- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 4 oz. canned mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Brown chicken in butter.

3Make sauce of soup, sour cream and sherry.

4Add mushrooms, if desired.

5Put chicken in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and pour sauce over it.

6Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
