  • 1 large can of pumpkin pie mix Libby's
  • 2/3 cup or 5 fl oz . evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch. deep dish pie shell frozen or make your own
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 a splash of vanilla

Directions

    Mix pumpkin pie mix evaporated milk and eggs in large bowl or mixer.

    Add in the cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla while mixing .

    Pour into pie crust .

    Careful not to over fill !

    Keep a bit below the top ring or it will burn your crust .

    Pre heat oven to 425 bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

    Cool on wire rack for 2 hours then eat .
