  • 48 oz. can Del Monte pineapple juice
  • 1/2 small box jello
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. citric acid

Directions

    Put sugar, acid and jello in a gallon jug, adding enough water to mix.

    Add pineapple juice and finish filling with water.

    Add food coloring, if needed.

    Add 1/2 cup sugar, if needed.

    Freeze 24 hours.

    Thaw 1 to 2 hours before needed.

    Place in punch bowl and add 1 bottle of 7-Up.
