Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 tsp. dried diced onion
  • 1/2 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (of your choice)
  • 1/2 c. chopped ham or 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 deep dish pie crust

    Cook vegetables.

    Drain and add onion.

    Bake empty crust for 5 minutes at 425°.

    Remove crust from oven and place vegetables, ham and cheese in crust.

    Beat together eggs, milk and salt and pour over vegetables.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    This freezes well in the pan.
