Ingredients
- 75 grams Strong bread flour
- 75 grams Cake flour
- 100 grams Salted butter
- 75 ml Cold water
- 1 pack Heavy cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
- 1/2 bunch Boiled spinach
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 Other vegetables (refer to helpful hints)
- 1 Broccoli
- 70 grams Cheese
- 1 Butter for sauteing
Directions

1*To make the pie crust* Dice the butter into 1cm cubes, and combine with the dry ingredients.

2Mix until it forms lumps.

3Add cold water to make one large lump.

4Roll with a rolling pin, then fold the dough into three.

5Repeat 3 times.

6Chill occasionally if the butter begins to melt.

7Press the pie crust along a pie pan.

8Poke holes with a fork.

9To make the filling: Combine cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

10Mix together and adjust the taste to your liking.

11Heat butter in a pan, and saute the spinach and shimeji mushrooms.

12Fill the pie crust with cooked vegetables, then top with cheese.

13Pour the filling ingredients.

14Top with broccoli.

15Bake for 25 to 35 minutes in a 390F/200C preheated oven.
