  • 1 c. (26) Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine bacon, onion, eggs, sour cream, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.

    Pour into quiche dish.

    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
