- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 pt. cream, whipped and sweetened
- 10 ounce. miniature marshmallow
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn raspberries
- 1 (4 3/4 ounce.) pkg. raspberry junker
Directions

1Mix crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar together.

2Press in 9 x 13 pan and cold.

3Mix whipped cream and marshmallows; spread over cooled crust.

4Thaw raspberries.

5Drain off and reserve juice.

6Add in water to juice to make 2 c. liquid.

7Stir into junket and boil 1 minute.

8Stir in liquid removed berries.

9Cold and spread over dessert.
-
10Chill about 2 hrs before using.

11Can be refrigerated 2-3 days if necessary.
